Protea Place Warwick

$1,260 grant

Following the success of their Toowoomba branch, Protea Place has opened in Warwick mid 2023 and is open part time to vulnerable women in need helping with health, housing, domestic violence and trauma. The grant funds will be used to operating house immediately.
The grant will be seed funding for future growth – similar to the grant Women and Change provided in 2020 to Protea Place. The organisation believes that this funding will allow them to turn Protea Place Warwick into a self-sustaining and strong community service for many years to come.
